Returns & Refunds

Return Window: 30 days from delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom (Made-to-Order) styles
  • Limited-edition, flash-sale or clearance items
  • Free gifts and promotional add-ons
  • Returns postmarked after the window
  • Missing or damaged packaging or tags
  • Visible signs of wear or outdoor damage

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method or store credit within 3–5 business days after inspection. Duties and VAT refunded upon customs clearance.

Exchanges

Eligibility: Same style in a different size, subject to availability, within 21 days of delivery.

Process: Initiate exchange online; we ship your new size once the return is received and approved.

Return Requirements: Send back the original item within 10 days of receiving your replacement or a charge will apply.

Final Sale Items: Over $20: size exchanges only; under $20: no returns or exchanges.

Return Shipping & Address

Prepaid Labels: Available for most US addresses. A $5.95 label fee applies per return and is deducted from your refund. Not available for AK, HI, APO/FPO, or US Territories.

Free Return Credit: ROSATINA account holders selecting store credit receive one free return per order (not valid on Klarna or credit-paid orders).
